Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Standard Shipping: 10–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- Sweden only
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside Sweden.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU Compliance)
As orders are shipped within the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes are expected for deliveries within Sweden. All prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Ceylon Cinnamon Store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking the shipment.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the shipping carrier

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
In accordance with EU consumer rights, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
